31 มี.ค.63- เพจ Chinese Embassy Bangkok สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำประเทศไทย โพสต์ข้อความระบุว่า จดหมายจากชาวจีนในประเทศไทยคนหนึ่ง

เมื่อเร็วๆนี้ มีชาวจีนคนหนึ่งที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยได้อ่านบทวิจารณ์เกี่ยวกับคุณหมอหลี่ เหวินเลี่ยงที่ตีพิมพ์ในหนังสือพิมพ์ภาษาอังกฤษฉบับหนึ่ง เขาอดทนอดกลั้นความโกรธในใจไม่อยู่ จึงหยิบปากกาเขียนบทความที่ชื่อว่า "คุณหมอ หลี่ เหวินเลี่ยงเป็นใคร" ส่งให้สถานทูตจีน ขอตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ตามคำขอของผู้เขียนดังนี้

บทวิจารณ์ที่พรรณนาเกี่ยวกับคุณหมอ หลี่ เหวินเลี่ยงนั้น เนื้อหาไม่ถูกต้องและไม่สมบูรณ์ ดังที่ผู้เขียนบทวิจารณ์เขียนไว้ว่า"เขียนบทวิจารณ์อยู่บนพื้นฐานแห่งค่านิยมมากกว่าความจริงและความซื่อสัตย์"

คุณหมอหลี่ เหวินเลี่ยงเป็นจักษุแพทย์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมและเป็นสมาชิกพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ที่ดีเด่นคนหนึ่ง เขาอุทิศตนเพื่อปกป้องสุขภาพของประชาชน แต่เพราะการติดเชื้อโควิด-19ในการทำงานและเสียชีวิตซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่าเศร้าโศกเสียใจมาก

เป็นความจริงที่คุณหมอหลี่ได้รับการตักเตือนอย่างไม่ถูกต้องเมื่อวันที่ 3 มกราคมของปีนี้จากการโพสต์ข้อความว่า "ยืนยันผู้ติดเชื้อโรคซาร์ส 7 ราย" บนโซเชียลมีเดีย เหตุการณ์นี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงข้อบกพร่องของจีนในการป้องกันและควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดของโรค แต่ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเป็นการ "ปราบปราม" การแจ้งเตือนการแพร่ระบาดของรัฐบาลจีน เพราะฝ่ายจีนแจ้งให้ประชาชนและสังคมโลกทราบถึงกรณี "ปอดอักเสบจากไวรัส"อย่างทันท่วงทีในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม ปีที่แล้ว

รัฐบาลจีนได้จัดตั้งทีมสอบสวนระดับสูงสำหรับกรณีคุณหมอหลี่ และในที่สุดก็ตัดสินใจว่า “เพิกถอนหนังสือตักเตือนและสอบสวนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง” คุณหมอหลี่ได้รับการเชิดชูเกียรติเป็นบุคคลดีเด่นในการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคแห่งชาติ ประเทศจีนได้ให้การชื่นชมและความเคารพแก่เขาอย่างสมเกียรติ

ทีมสอบสวนมีส่วนเร่งให้แก้ไขความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นและเป็นการแสดงให้เห็นอีกครั้งว่าหลักการพื้นฐานของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนคือแสวงหาความจริงจากข้อเท็จจริงมากกว่าค่านิยม

ถ้าคุณไปอ่านโพสต์โซเชียลมีเดียของคุณหมอหลี่ คุณจะพบว่าเขากำลังลดน้ำหนัก แต่ก็ชอบกินไก่ทอด เขารักชีวิต แต่เมื่อเผชิญกับการแพร่ระบาดของโรค เขาสามารถสละชีวิตของตนเองด้วยจิตวิญญาณของ "สมาชิกพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ต้องทำก่อนใคร"

ดิฉันเชื่อว่าคุณหมอหลี่จะไม่ชอบสื่อตะวันตกบางสื่อตั้งใจลบเครื่องหมายพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนที่กลัดบนหน้าอกของเขาในภาพถ่ายด้วยเหตุผลค่านิยมและเชื่อว่าคุณหมอหลี่จะไม่ชอบคนอื่นใช้เขาเป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อโจมตีพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนและประเทศที่เขารักยิ่งตลอดชีวิตอย่างแน่นอน

A Letter from a Thai Chinese

Recently, a commentary on Dr. Li Wenliang published on a certain English news paper prompted a Thai Chinese to write a letter, with indignation, entitled Who is Dr. Li Wenliang? The letter has been sent to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, and we thereby published the letter in its entirety as requested:

The relevant comments on Dr. Li Wenliang are inaccurate, incomplete, and to a large degree “a deadly devotion to ideology above truth and honesty", exactly what is objected by commentator himself.

Dr. Li Wenliang was an excellent ophthalmologist, as well as a prominent member of Chinese Communist Party. He was devoted to the health of Chinese people and unfortunately passed away as a result of contracting the coronavirus at work. We are all deeply saddened by his death.

Dr. Li Wenliang indeed was disciplined, incorrectly, on Jan 3rd this year, because he posted "7 SARS cases confirmed" on WeChat, a social media. This episode is a reflection of China’s weaknesses and shortcomings in the epidemic prevention and response. However, it is by no means the "repressive efforts of the Chinese Communist Party", as is claimed by the commentator, because the Chinese government has, as early as December 31st, 2019 officially informed the viral pneumonia to the general public and the international community.

Later, the Chinese government set up a high-level official investigation team for Dr. Li. Its final report decides "to revoke the letter of reprimand and hold those responsible". Dr. Li was honored as a ‘National Advanced Individual on Epidemic Prevention’ and was redeemed with all acknowledgement and respects he well deserved.

The correction by the investigation team once again proves that the fundamental principle followed by the Chinese Communist Party is seeking truth from facts rather than obsession with ideology.

From Dr.Li’s posts on social media, you will find that he was on a diet while could not say no to fried chicken. he loved life while still chose to fight against the epidemic on the front line as a brave Chinese Communist Party member without considering too much about personal loss.

I believe that Dr. Li would never feel happy if he knew that some media delete the emblem of Chinese Communist Party from his photo, and use him to attack and defame his Party, his Motherland and the People he so deeply loved.
